| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet using our secure payment providers Sage and Paypal. Please not that Sage takes full payment at the time of placing an order, and we have no control over this. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling In the UK we use Royal Mail Special Delivery for all items above £60. Using this service all items are delivered recorded and require your signature accepting the goods. They are also insured to the replacement value.
In the UK for orders above £250 we do not charge post and packing and below £250 we only charge £7.95. Below £60 we charge £2.50.
In the EU, outside the UK, we charge £12 for orders above £60 and £5.50 for orders below £59.99
For deliveries outside the EU we charge a flat rate of £20. |
| Delivery Schedule With Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day delivery* to most UK addresses will be by 1pm the next working day. This includes Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey.Some places take longer to deliver to, but we still guarantee delivery within three working days by 5.30 pm. Please refer to www.royalmail.com for further information.International orders are generally received in under 10 days. |
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Good things do take time and if one of our Hilltrek manufactured items is not in stock it may take up to 10 weeks to deliver. If you want it faster please let us know.

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee.
All products we sell and manufacture come with a standard guarantee against manufacturing and fabric defects.
Some manufacturers including Páramo, and our own Hilltrek, manufactured clothing have a 'Lifetime Guarantee which does not include accidental damage or wear and tear. It is important that you follow the guidelines for care of the garment or equipment or otherwise the requirements of the guarantee may not be fulfilled.
Please note that any damage to one of our garments through normal "wear and tear" or accidental damage can be repaired for a reasonable cost. Please refer to our customer services section.If you return an article for repair charges for shipping and insuring your package are your responsibility. Please be sure to insure the contents of your package prior to shipping as we cannot be responsible for uninsured packages.
